Originally posted on Reddit Profile: 28M. The "Kitchen Sink" Protocol: I started in September. Here is everything I am throwing at it: Finasteride: 1mg oral daily. Minoxidil (Hybrid): Started with Topical 5% (2x daily). Later added Oral 1.25mg, then bumped to 2.5mg Oral while reducing topical to once at night. Microneedling: Dermastamp with 1mm needles once every week. Shampoo: Ketoconazole every 3rd day. Extras: Vitamins daily, 'The Ordinary' Peptide oil (sometimes in mornings). Diet: Training 5x a week and eating 140g of protein daily. (I honestly think excess protein helps!). The Timeline: Day 0-30: No results. Month 1: The dreaded shed. Everything looked worse. Day 60 (Nov): Saw mini hairs appearing. Nov 12 vs Dec 28: (The photos shown). This is just 46 days of growth. Results & Side Effects: You can see the "bullseye" closing up and the spiral getting tighter. I had a little under-eye puffiness from the Oral Minoxidil, but it got fixed after I increased my water intake to 3L a day. I am stoked because they say the best results are 12-18 months in, and I am only in Month 4!
